Charlotte-Area Toddler Dies in Car Crash

HAMPSTEAD, N.C.– A Charlotte-area toddler died in a four car wreck in Hampstead, North Carolina Saturday.

Officials say the 2-year-old died when a delivery truck hit his mother’s car. Β That car then slammed into two others.

The driver of the delivery truck is charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing. Β Β
