ROCK HILL, SC — A Rock Hill teenager accused of setting the fire that killed his baby brother will remain in jail.  A judge denied bond Wednesday for 17-year-old Matt Morgan.

Morgan says he was asleep when a fire started in the family’s mobile home back in March.  His 14-month-old brother died.

Prosecutors say Morgan set the fire on purpose.  The teen’s parents say he’s autistic and has developmental delays, and don’t believe he’s capable of murder.
