Officers Ticket Nearly 1,000 In Click It Or Ticket Campaign

Β CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD and Mecklenburg County deputies will be back out on the roads this weekend wrapping up the state’s Click It Or Ticket campaign.
Officers have ticketed nearly 1,000 drivers since the campaign started two weeks ago. Β Just about half of those were for seat belt violations Β 269 others were ticketed for registration or inspection violations.
The campaign ends Sunday.
