IRON STATION, N.C. — An Iron Station man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child.
Investigations say Terry Talbert, 53, sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl at his home in 2009. The incident was not reported to police until February 2015.
Talbert is facing one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor. Police say more charges are expected in the case. Talbert was released on a $9,500 bond.
