MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Mooresville Police are trying to locate a missing 16-year-old female. Officers say Jasmine Brown was last seen on Sunday around 4 p.m.Β
She is described as being 5’4, 104 lbs., has braces and several tattoos. A tattoo of a skull is on her right thigh, she has her name tattooed on her stomach, and a heart with musical notes is tattooed on her back.Β
Police are also trying to identify a man with long dreads that was last seen with Jasmine.
