Teen Indicted In Connection To Brother’s Murder

Β ROCK HILL, SC — A Rock Hill teen accused of setting the fire that killed his 14-month-old brother has been indicted by a grand jury.
17-year-old Matt Morgan faces arson, murder and homicide by child abuse or neglect charges. Β He says he was asleep when a fire started in the family’s mobile home back in March. Β
Prosecutors say Morgan set the fire on purpose. Β The teen’s parents say he’s autistic and has developmental delays, and don’t believe he’s capable of murder.
