ROCK HILL, SC — A Rock Hill teen accused of setting the fire that killed his 14-month-old brother has been indicted by a grand jury.

17-year-old Matt Morgan faces arson, murder and homicide by child abuse or neglect charges.  He says he was asleep when a fire started in the family’s mobile home back in March.

Prosecutors say Morgan set the fire on purpose.  The teen’s parents say he’s autistic and has developmental delays, and don’t believe he’s capable of murder.
