CHARLOTTE, NC — With July 4th only a couple of days away, one thing just about everyone will have on their menu will be hot dogs.

Hot dogs are definitely on Joey Chesnut’s menu this weekend as he sets out to defend his title. Chesnut is an 8-time hot dog eating champ, and we wanted to know how he trains for such an event.
