CHARLOTTE, N.C.– Β Authorities say two people were killed and two more were injured after an early morning boat crash on Mountain Island Lake northwest of Charlotte.
Officials told media outlets that the crash happened after the boat hit rocks around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Paramedics say two people died at the scene of the crash, and two more were taken to the hospital.
Authorities have not released any other details about the crash.
