CHARLOTTE, NC —Β The case against a Morganton teen accused of planning to kill a thousand people to help ISIS can move forward.

A federal judge in Asheville ruled there is enough evidence against 19-year-old Justin Sullivan. Β The judge also ruled Sullivan would remain in custody without bond. Β His attorneys waived a detention hearing.

The feds arrested Sullivan last month after his stepfather tipped off investigators about his possible terror connection.
