TMZ Reporting That Former Subway Spokesman Fogel May be Cleared

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  TMZ reported this morning that Subway spokesman Jared Fogel appears to have been cleared in a child porn investigation.  TMZ  is saying that the FBI found nothing on Fogel.  He came under fire last week when the FBI raided his home.  Subway suspended the partnership with the pitchman shortly after the raid.

However, the FBI has not officially or formally cleared him.
