CINCINNATI (AP) — Cincinnati Reds third baseman Todd Frazier has become only the second player to win the Home Run Derby on his home field. Frazier banged out 39 homers and closed the event by beating Dodgers rookie Joc Pederson 15-14 in the final. Pederson was trying to become the first rookie since Wally Joyner in 1986 to win or share the title.

IRVING, Texas (AP) — Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has posted a message on Twitter in which he tells Dallas fans he “will not be there” if he doesn’t have a new deal by tomorrow’s deadline. The All-Pro led the NFL with 16 touchdowns receiving last season and has a one-year offer of $12.8 million under the franchise tag.
UNDATED — First-round draft pick Myles Turner has signed a contract with the Indiana Pacers. The 6-foot-11, 240-pound Turner was the No. 11 selection last month after averaging 10.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.6 blocks in his only season at Texas. And the Phoenix Suns have signed Devin Booker, the 13th player taken in this year’s draft.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — The U.S. men’s soccer team has finished 2-0-1 in Group A at Gold Cup. Michael Bradley scored in the 55th minute as the Americans played to a 1-1 draw against Panama. Brad Guzan didn’t allow a goal after Blas Perez beat him in the 34th minute.
