Former CMS Principal Disciplined Second Time

CHARLOTTE, NC — A former CMS high school principal is in trouble again.  John Floyd has been suspended by the school district.  They say he posted an inappropriate picture on social media.

Floyd was moved from Harding High to the district offices on June 30th after a different incident came under investigation last month.  Cell phone video that went viral showed Floyd making threats towards a teacher at the school.

The school district sent us this statement tonight saying: “CMS doesn’t govern its employees personal social media accounts but we do strongly encourage our employees not to have inappropriate content on personal sites.”
