ROCK HILL, S.C. — Officials say a crow is to blame for a power outage in Rock Hill. Β The outage is affecting over 3,000 customers. Β
Any traffic signals in the area of Dave Lyle Boulevard at I-77 are not working properly. Β Officials are asking drivers to treat the intersections as 4-way stops if the lights are out.
