ROCK HILL, SC — New information about where the weapon came from that was used in a triple murder-suicide in Rock Hill.  The Sheriff’s Office says the shooter couldn’t have a gun because he was a convicted felon, so he used one owned by his wife.

Investigators say Randy Moore shot his wife Anna Moore on July 5 inside their home on Dunlap Roddey Road.  She was the Assistant York County Manager.

Evidence shows Moore then went outside, shot his wife’s son and his girlfriend, then went back inside and shot himself.

The Sheriff’s Office says there were no signs of a physical struggle.  There’s still no word on a motive.
