
LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Police found marijuana, mushrooms, assault rifles and bullet proof vests inside a home in Lincolnton. Β
Investigators say they responded to a home on Brevard Place Road after receiving a tip about possible drug activity.
Officers immediately noticed a smell of marijuana coming from the home. Β Once a search warrant was obtained, detectives found almost a pound of marijuana, mushrooms, scales, packaging supplies and drug paraphernalia. Β
Officers also found a large number of firearms, ammunition, containers of black powder and various calibers of ammunition. Β Officers seized shotguns, handguns, rifles and two AR-15 assault rifles. Β Two ballistic vests were also located inside the home.
Angelica Mosteller, 60, and Eli Mosteller, 21, were charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Warrants have been signed for Charles Keener, 27, of Iron Station. Β He is wanted on the sames charges listed above. Β Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
