CHARLOTTE, NC —Β Get on your bikes and ride! Β Hundreds of people are harnessing their pedal power to help in the fight against cancer.
The AnnualΒ 24 Hours of BootyΒ started rolling Friday night in Myers Park. Β Many of the participants tell us the fundraiser is personal for them.
“It’s just a, you know, for a survivor to actually feel like they’re doing something, and its an active thing and it happens to be what he does and its fun.”
The event has raised more than $13 million since its inception in 2002.
