CHARLOTTE, NC — Lawyers in the trial of CMPD Officer Wes Kerrick have agreed on 12 jurors and four alternates. Β The final alternate was seated Wednesday. Β
The judge said testimony will officially begin on Monday at 9:30am.Β
The jury consists of nine women (four White, two Black and two Hispanic) and four men (three White, one Black). Β The alternates are three women and a man.Β
Kerrick is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the 2013 shooting death of Jonathan Ferrell.Β
