MIAMI (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush says he’s not worried about running against Donald Trump for the nomination or the fact that the billionaire businessman is in first place in several national polls.
Bush says he’s ready to debate his GOP rivals for the White House on Thursday.
Those are among the topics that the former Florida governor addressed in a wide-ranging interview with Telemundo, his first on Spanish-language television since entering the race.
Bush also says he’s recently become a fan of bilingual rap star Pitbull, although he also likes Christian music.
Bush speaks Spanish fluently and speaks the language at home with his Mexican wife, Columba.
The interview airs Sunday at noon Eastern time.
