Police: Pro Football Player’s Father Shot In Rock Hill After Being Kicked Out Of Strip Club

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Β The father of former USC football star Jadeveon Clowney was shot in the parking lot of a Rock Hill strip club early Tuesday morning, according to a police report.

The report states that David Morgan aka Chilli Bean, Clowney’s father, was kicked out of the Crazy Horse for sitting on the stage. Β Braxton Homesley, the club’s manager according to witnesses, told police he saw Morgan near a wall in the back of the property. Β Homesley told investigators that Morgan pulled out a gun and fired at him. Β 

Homesley allegedly returned fire, striking Morgan in the shoulder. Β Morgan was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital, according to a police report.

No official charges have been filed at this time. Β However, the case is being investigated as an attempted murder and aggravated assault.
