VIDEO: Dash Cam Video Released In Kerrick Trial
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dash cam video from the night Jonathan Ferrell was shot and killed by a CMPD officerΒ was released in court Wednesday. Β
The video was not accessible to the public until it was played in court. Β
CMPD Officer Wes Kerrick is currently on trial for voluntary manslaughter in the case. Β Kerrick shot Ferrell 10 times in September of 2013, after he says Ferrell charged at him. Β Ferrell was unarmed.
