VIDEO: Dash Cam Video Released In Kerrick Trial

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dash cam video from the night Jonathan Ferrell was shot and killed by a CMPD officer was released in court Wednesday.  

The video was not accessible to the public until it was played in court.  

CMPD Officer Wes Kerrick is currently on trial for voluntary manslaughter in the case.  Kerrick shot Ferrell 10 times in September of 2013, after he says Ferrell charged at him.  Ferrell was unarmed.
