CHARLOTTE, NC — A Charlotte neighborhood’s struggle with a naked resident has a local lawmaker trying to change the state’s indecent exposure law.
Senator Joel Ford introduced an amendment Wednesday that would make it a crime to expose yourself in private, knowing you can be seen by the public.
Back in March, neighbors in Cardinal Glen complained about a man they said kept exposing himself to them.
Police said they couldn’t do anything, because he was inside his home.
