SALISBURY, N.C. — Police say they arrested a Salisbury man for solicitation of a minor on a social media site.
Investigators say 30-year-old Mathew Church tried to solicit a 12-year-old in July. Church was arrested and charged with felony solicit a child by computer and was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
