CONCORD, N.C.– The Concord Fire Department responded to a reported house fire early Saturday morning.
Around 2 a.m. firefighters were dispatched to the fire on Melrose Drive Southwest.
24 firefighters controlled the fire in eight minutes.
No injuries were reported and the Red Cross is working with the occupants of the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
