STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Freshman linebacker Daiquan Kelly has been dismissed from the Penn State football team because of a violation of team rules.
The school made the announcement on Saturday.
Kelly, of Newark, New Jersey, played high school football at Union City.
