CHARLOTTE, N.C.– The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened Sunday morning.
Police were called to the 1000 block of Mallard Oaks Drive at 7:34 Sunday morning. Β When they arrived they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
Medic pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
Detectives are canvassing the area to see if there were any witnesses to the shooting. Β
