CHARLOTTE, NC — Many churches in our area are starting to have a conversation about racial healing as the Kerrick trial plays out.
Thursday, members of the Nations Ford Community Church gathered to discuss ways to begin open dialogue about deep-seeded racial issues across the country, and right here in our community.
“Bring people of different ethnic groups together to begin to break down the walls and build bridges that will help us to reconcile our differences,” said Dr. Phillip M. Davis.
Pastor Davis says he hopes other churches in our area will join him in bringing racial harmony to the Queen City.
