Lacey, This Week’s Pet Project

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD AC&C came into the studio today with 5 year old Lacey a female Pit Bull who is a calm, older dog who is relaxed and just loves to lounge and be a homebody. She doesn’t mind being around other dogs, but she isn’t real playful. She is heartworm positive and funds are available to help with her medical costs.
Don’t forget that Animal Kneads Day is just around the corner. Come out to Great Harvest Bread Company located at 6420 Rea Rd on Sunday, August 23rd from 10am through 5pm to support CMPD AC&C’s community spay/neuter clinic. Donate $10 and get a loaf of fresh bread from Great Harvest. 100% of the proceeds go to the shelter. There will also be pets there that are looking for good homes. Get more information at AC&C’s website below.
CMPD AC&C’s Kitten Kaboodle Adoption Extravaganza continues through August 31. New pet parents can adopt a cat for only $10 and a kitten for only $5.
