MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — Low water levels have led to the closing of numerous boating ramps on Lake Wylie and Lake Norman.
According to reports, The Park and Recreation Department has closed all of its boat launching ramps at Copperhead Island on Lake Wylie, four of the six ramps at Blythe Landing on Lake Norman, and two of the four ramps at Ramsey Creek Park on Lake Norman.
