SPENCER, N.C. — Police are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a fraud suspect.
Investigators say a man used a cloned credit card at two businesses in Spencer on August 23rd. Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-639-5245.
