CONCORD, NC — A silver alert has been issued for Linda Darnell Rice.
Rice, 64, is described as white, 5 feet, 130lbs, long grey/black hair, and green eyes. She was last seen on Morrison Road in Concord, and is believed to have been heading west towards Charlotte.
Her vehicle is a tan 1999 Ford Crown Victoria with NC license plate AMP4739.
