Consumers Have Until Oct. 4th To Claim Refund From Ritz-Carlton

CHARLOTTE, NC — If you paid the unexpected service charge at the Ritz-Carlton’s CIAA Basketball Tournament event then you have until October 4th to apply for your refund.

To claim your refund you need to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division online at ncdoj.gov, call 1-877-5-NO-SCAM and request a complaint form in the mail, or send a refund request letter to:

You will need to include a copy of your bill, credit card or bank statement, or some record of the amount of service charge paid.

If you have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office then you do not need to file another complaint.
