CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two undercover Walmart security workers were attacked at a local store and the video has gone viral, according to police.

Walmart says two of their store security workers tried to intervene with a shoplifting suspect who was leaving the store on Wilkinson Boulevard when the suspect allegedly attacked one of the officers.
The video shows three other suspects fighting with the two Walmart employees.
One employee was treated at a local hospital after the incident. The suspect, a 14-year-old juvenile, was arrested for shoplifting and simple assault. Due to his age, his name has not been released.
The other three suspects in the video have not been identified.
