CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a man who was hit by a vehicle in northeast Charlotte has died from his injuries.
Investigators say Juventino Olivera Santos died Thursday morning at Carolina’s Medical Center. He was hit by a van on September 14th as he crossed East W.T. Harris Boulevard.
Police say Santos was not in a marked crosswalk. They also say speed nor alcohol were factors in the incident.
No charges will be filed in the crash at this time.
