CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD is asking for assistance in locating Willie Merchant.
Merchant, 27, is wanted on outstanding warrants for possession of a stolen vehicle. The same day Merchant was ordered by a court to wear an electronic monitor, he cut it off.
Merchant is 6’2″, 190lbs, and was last seen in the area of 6500 Albemarle Road.
