A high school student has been suspended and kicked off the football team for knocking another teenager to the ground for bullying a blind classmate. Cell phone video of the incident surfaced a few hours after the fight, which happened in California Wednesday.
You can see the bully repeatedly punching a visually-impaired student on the head. Seconds later, another teen jumps in and knocks the bully to the ground with one punch. A petition has been created to get him back on the football team. Still, the high school is standing by its decision to suspend the student, citing its “zero tolerance policy” for violence.
And that brings us to our Question of the Night: Is the student a hero, or a zero?
