Former Rival Supports Clodfelter in Mayoral Runoff

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte Mayor Dan Clodfelter, winning the endorsement of a former rival Monday.

City Councilman David Howard says he’ll support Clodfelter in his October 6th Mayoral runoff against former County Commission Chair Jennifer Roberts.

Howard interviewed both candidates and says he likes Clodfelter’s plan for adding jobs and transit throughout the city.
