LANCASTER, S.C. — A South Carolina man has been arrested for allegedly killing his 5-year-old son.
Officials say Robert Jordan, 47, was arrested Tuesday for the death of his son, 5-year-old La’Marion Jordan.
On September 5th, Lancaster police received a call about the death. Jordan reported that the child, who had a disability, fell out of his wheelchair and hit his head on the floor the previous day. He told officers the child was transported to CMC, where he died that afternoon.
After interviewing witnesses, reviewing the autopsy report, and consulting with a medical expert, officials charged Jordan with Homicide by Child Abuse.
