 No more daily fantasy sports drafting… at least in Nevada. Nevada regulators have shut down fantasy sports sites FanDuel and DraftKings, saying they cannot operate without a gambling license.

The decision comes during a federal investigation into whether or not games are being manipulated by insider betting. A FanDuel spokeswoman said the company is “cooperating with all parties about how to define the right set of rules for our industry as it continues to grow.”

Meanwhile, members of Congress have are calling for hearings, federal oversight and possible legislative action on the matter.
