SALISBURY, N.C. — An East Rowan High School student is facing charges after police say she posted a threat on Facebook.
Investigators say Amber Beaver posted a picture of guns sitting on a table on Facebook with a caption saying, “School finna be lit”.
Police say the firearms appear to be a small pistol, a shotgun, a bolt action rifle and a semi-automatic rifle.
Beaver was taken into custody at a home in Spencer. Β She has been charged with communicating threats and felony making a false report of mass violence on an educational property.Β
