Resilience. That’s the word being used to describe the Carolina Panthers, who are now 5 – 0 after their comeback win against the Seattle Seahawks Sunday. Down 23-14 in the 4th quarter, Jonathan Stewart scored his second TD of the game, but Graham Gano missed the extra point.
Carolina, down three with four minutes to play. But Cam led the Cats down the field, and found Greg Olsen for the 26-yard scoring strike. Panthers win, 27 to 23.
And as the Panthers keep pounding, haters keep hating, with some even calling the cats “the worst undefeated team in the league”! Here’s what Panthers cornerback Josh Norman had to say to those critics.
“Keep fillin’ us with the hate. We’ll take that and turn it into the positive. Because we’re gonna continue to keep poundin’ regardless of what they say, so, it is what it is.”
A lot of experts also speaking out against the haters, and some even apologizing for throwing some shade along the way.
“Okay I apologize, Carolina Panthers. Every year I doubt this team. Great win. Great team win,” said NFL analyst Rodney Harrison.
And that brings us to our question of the night: Are the Panthers legit? The Edgitators battle it out…
