SC Police: Man Arrested After ‘Mooning’ Kids From Scooby Doo Van

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Police say they arrested a man for exposing himself to adults and children at Plyer Park.

Officials received calls on Saturday night about a man causing a disturbance at the park. The man had reportedly jumped into a Scooby Doo van on display and pulled down his pants, exposing his rear end to the public.

When officers confronted the man, they say he smelled of alcohol, was slurring his speech, and had glassy eyes.

Officers arrested Justin Keneston, 21, for public intoxication.
