
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police have arrested four protesters after they rappelled down Bank of America Stadium last night during the Panthers-Colts game.
Erica Madrid, 35, John Nicholson, 29, Angela Vogel, 35, and David Baghdadi, 38, have all been charged with second degree trespassing and resisting public officers.
Nicholson and Madrid rappelled off of the upper deck during the third quarter of the Panthers-Colts game and unfurled a banner telling Bank of America to “Dump Dominion.”
CMPD arrested the duo after Charlotte Fire Department crews forced them down.
Baghdadi and Vogel were also charged in the case, but officials have not released the details of their involvement.
