YouTube announced the release of its new music streaming service and app on Thursday.
The app, called YouTube Music, isΒ designed to compete with existing streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify.
YouTube Music, which plays both songs and music videos, is available for iOS and Android devices. Like other services, it offers both an ad-supported free version and a paid ad-free version, which costs $9.99 per month.
