ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Police a man is accused of peeping on his female roommate. Investigators say Carl Moore IV used a video camera to spy on his roommate. 
Moore was arrested and charged with felony peeping. He was released from jail on a $1,000 secured bond. Police are looking into the possibility of additional charges in the case.
