MOORESVILLE, NC — Police are looking for 33-year-old Robert Anderson of Columbia, SC and 28-year-old Kimber Suber of Hopkins, SC, after they say the two fired shots and tased a member of the cleaning crew at Pine Lake Preparatory School Wednesday night.
Mooresville Police say they responded to a shooting call around ten last night at the Pine Lake Preparatory School on Yellow Wood Circle. Witnesses told police that Anderson and Suber, both former cleaning crew employees, came to the school and confronted members of the current cleaning crew working inside. An argument broke out and one of the suspects fired a shot into the ceiling.
Police also found one victim that had been tased in the face by one of the suspects during the argument. She was taken to Lake Norman Regional and treated for minor injuries.
No other students or faculty were at the school when the incident occurred.
Witnesses say Anderson and Suber fled the scene in a blue Hyundai Santa Fe with a South Carolina license plate LSV-685.
The investigation is ongoing, and police ask that anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts please contact the Mooresville Police Department.
