Authorities Make Large Drug Arrest Early Thursday

RUBY, SC– Early Thursday morning, police say they arrested two people on drug charges in Chesterfield County.

The counties Joint Drug Task Force served a search warrant on a home on Stevenson Avenue that led to the confiscation of more than $80,000 in controlled substances and $7,980 in cash.

Authorities arrested Ridge Steven Oliver and Cheryl Kay Lane.

Oliver was charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance and has multiple charges pending.

Lane is repotedly being held on Methamphetamine charges.
