Lancaster County Undercover Drug Investigation Leads To Dozens Of Arrests | MUGSHOTS

LANCASTER, S.C. — An undercover drug investigation leads to dozens of arrests in Lancaster County. Operation Silent Sweep began over a year ago but deputies made numerous arrests Thursday morning. 

During the operation, detectives say approximately 100 arrest warrants were obtained and 69 defendants are facing drug and weapons charges.

During the investigation, detectives seized 139.4 grams of cocaine, 15 grams of crack cocaine, 201 grams of marijuana, 183 grams of heroin, 43.5 grams of meth and 488 doses of narcotic prescription medications.  

Two meth labs, eleven firearms, two automobiles and $13,704 in cash were also seized during the investigation, according to detectives.
