Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Gas Card Fraud

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — The Rowan County Sheriff’s office is investigating the fraudulent use of a stolen gas card in the Kannapolis area.

The suspects are a white male and white female driving a black Ford Expedition and red Ford Mustang with a black hood.
