Church Renovates Shooting Victim’s Home
GASTONIA, NC — Renovations will continue through the weekend to make a Gastonia family’s home wheelchair accessible.
Greg McKee continues to recover in the hospital after he was shot in the back last weekend at a Cabarrus County rest stop. It could leave him paralyzed.
So members of his church are working to retro-fit the McKee home. Friday, workers overhauled McKee’s restrooms and Saturday they will install wheelchair ramps.
Police are still searching for one of the men who shot McKee last Saturday night.
